TrialPulse Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using TrialPulse (the "Platform") — including the TrialPulse website, the monthly brief and the ecosystem partner programme — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. TrialPulse is operated by RD Privacy Global FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a UAE free-zone entity.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use TrialPulse only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Platform. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, data sources or connected systems, and you must not scrape, redistribute or resell the briefs without our prior written consent.

3. Editorial nature of the briefs

TrialPulse briefs draw on public sources — including ClinicalTrials.gov and curated regulatory news — and are provided for informational and editorial purposes only. They are not medical, legal, regulatory or investment advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision. Programme details, sponsor activity and regulatory positions may change after publication.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — including the TrialPulse name, briefs, text, graphics, logos, charts and software — is the property of RD Privacy Global FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, print and share individual briefs for personal, non-commercial use with attribution to TrialPulse. Any other use, including commercial redistribution, requires our prior written consent.

5. Subscriptions and ecosystem partners

You may subscribe to the monthly brief or apply to the ecosystem partner programme by providing accurate contact information. We may decline, suspend or terminate any subscription or partnership at our discretion. You can unsubscribe from the brief at any time using the link in each email.

6. Information accuracy

We aim to keep the information on the Platform accurate and up to date, but make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Trial registrations, sponsor identities and regulatory statuses reflect the underlying public sources at the time of publication.

7. Third-party links and sources

The Platform contains links to and references to third-party websites and data sources, including ClinicalTrials.gov. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites and provide such links for convenience and transparency only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RD Privacy Global FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or the briefs.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our TrialPulse Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
