TrialPulse Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

TrialPulse is operated by RD Privacy Global FZ-LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a UAE free-zone entity. This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through the TrialPulse platform — including the monthly brief, the ecosystem partner programme and the TrialPulse website. 2. TrialPulse Monthly subscriptions

When you subscribe to TrialPulse Monthly, we collect your email address (and optionally your name) for the sole purpose of sending you the monthly TrialPulse brief and a one-time confirmation email to verify your address (double opt-in). The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by submitting the subscription form and confirming your email via the link we send you.

We do not use this address for any other purpose, do not share it with third parties for marketing, and do not enrol you in unrelated communications. We record basic email engagement (delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed) to operate the list and respect deliverability rules.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any brief we send you, or by emailing info@rdprivacy.com. On unsubscribe, your email is suppressed from future sends and retained only as needed to honour that request.

3. Ecosystem partner contacts

When organisations contact TrialPulse to discuss the ecosystem partner programme, data sharing, content syndication or sponsorship, we collect the contact details and correspondence you choose to provide (name, organisation, role, email, phone, message content). We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate fit and, where relevant, manage the partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating TrialPulse and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering an agreement.

Partner contacts are not added to the monthly brief mailing list unless you also subscribe through the public form.

4. Platform usage

When you visit the TrialPulse website we collect limited technical data (IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed) to operate, secure and improve the service. Trial registry information shown on the platform is sourced from public registries (e.g. ClinicalTrials.gov) and regulator publications and is not personal data we collect from you.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with trusted service providers acting under our instructions — for example hosting, database and email delivery providers — under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms, and where required by law.

6. Retention

Subscriber records are retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period after unsubscribe to honour the suppression request. Partner correspondence is retained for the duration of the relationship and as needed for legal and accounting obligations. Technical logs are kept for short, rolling periods.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing and to request portability. To exercise these rights, contact info@rdprivacy.com.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
